A world of things to come
Let me start this new blog with something that is very special to me. these two dresses were made by my Grandmother when she was about 15. they are from the Roaring Twenties. This picture was taken last month at our towns Heritage Days. The theme this year was " The Roaring Twenties". My Aunt gave me a box of wonderful things that belonged to my Grandmother in January after my Granddad died. These were under all kinds of tatted bonnets and sweaters. I will get around to getting all my treasures on here a little at a time. I hope everyone enjoys all these things as well as I do. Gina I will get those linens up I promise.

Hi Debbie - good luck with the new blog - I am really looking forward to see what else you put on here, as well as the linens! Those dresses are fabulous; gosh how lucky are you to have them still in your family..I used to play dress-ups in my mother's wedding dress, never thinking as a child that it would be something to cherish one day...
